INVIOCE IS ONLY A REFERENCE TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE
EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY SAY PROFORMA INVOICE WHERE AS A
BILLING DOC CREATES AND IMPACT IN BOTH THE CUSTOMERS
ACCOUNT AS WELL AS THE COMPANY ACCOUNTS

invoice (F2) is one of type of billing doc
like Proforma Invoice, cred memo, debit memo etc.

differance between profarma invoice and invoice and other

Invoice is basically used in FI and MM/PP
We do it before we do the ultimate billign . you ahve 2
types of invices they are credit invoice and debit invoice

Where as biiling is suded ib sales and you basucally bill
to customer through vf01
Both of them mean th same excpet the sligh diffrence in
their usage

Why business use different sales processes such as Third party, Individual Purchase Order, Make to order and Intercompany Sales.
