Tickets means problem raised by the enduser.

It is always raised after GO LIVE.

In testing...
First step is TEST Script preparation
Second step is FAT(Factory Acceptance Testing)
Third Step is IST(Integration System Testing)
Fourth step is UAT(User Acceptance Testing - Done by user

Maximum problem faced while all phase is Authorization.

Max. times tickes raise at endusers, when they posting
transations to the system. tht tickets will send to
consultant as onthe priority to rectify.

Please provide me information why, how often and which accounts are included in the clearing job. What is the logic of the clearings?
