ticket will not start at implemantion and testing phase

the ticket will be start after project has go live

at the time support project level the ticket will be start

through remedi user or solution manager

Dear,

Tickets means problem raised by the enduser.

It is always raised after GO LIVE.

In testing...
First step is TEST Script preparation
Second step is FAT(Factory Acceptance Testing)
Third Step is IST(Integration System Testing)
Fourth step is UAT(User Acceptance Testing - Done by user

Maximum problem faced while all phase is Authorization.
