Thru the Tcode STMS you can transport the request from one
server to another server (Eg: Dev, QA and PRD) this is
basis people work

Thru the Tcode SE09 or SE10 you can transport the request
from one client to another client within the same server
(Eg: from golden client to golden test client in dev server)
this is functional people work
