By using the BRTOOLS.

how to take backup of system & restore it again. ..

Answer / jaya

Choose a day you want the system to replicate the data when
it is refreshed.

Take a full offline/online (in this case you would also
need logs).

Use brrestore command specify the file name and let the
restore complete.

When you are doing this for the same system, it is termed
as system refresh. And when you are applying PRD or QA
systems backup to create a new system then it is termed as
system copy.

When I go to SAP Management Console, the tree is not appearing ; and i cannot start the console from yesterday. So I went to "Run" services.msc option to check the SAP program files appear there or not. I checked there, the two sap files "SAPC11_00" and SAPOSCOL" are appearing there but not started. If i double click this for making it started, it gives the following message. "THE SERVICE DID NOT START DUE TO LOGON FAILURE" Can anybody suggest any solution to solve this problem. Awaiting for the reply . Please.
