Transport request is used to transport the developed objects froom development server to quality, then from quality to production server.

@anil nara: you are correct but the second last paragraph "It is affect automatically Production client and quality client without transport" is not understood.... this is true only if system is not R/3 or R/2....where all repository objects and tables are shared by dev/qly/prd systems.. in r/3 case how is that possibel? please explain....
