Choose for Maintain Versions.
Select Version 10 and doubleclick on Settings by fiscal
year.
If the Determine Work Area: Entry dialog box appears, enter
1000 or 2000, then choose .
Select the line for fiscal year 2000, then choose .
You can now see the current settings for planning year 2000
in version 10. This version includes, for example,
integrated planning and the possibility of copying
versions. Currency translation occurs at the average rate
with a value date of 01.01.1997. To display more
information about the remaining fields, position your
cursor on the relevant field and choose F1 help.



You now process the versions required for fiscal year 2001,
using the settings from 2000.

Choose New Entries.
Enter the following data: Field

WE HAVE 4 type of allocation methods
1. assessment
2. distribution
3. periodic processing
4. indirect allocation method.

the periodic processing is allocated to primary cost elements.

we have a dunning run with status: - Parameters were maintained - Select and print scheduled for dd.mm.yy at hh:mm:ss - Select and print is complete. In this state the spool is in error and i can't print it. Is there any way to create a new spool ?
