1. Visible componet 2. Hiddent component
1.Visible component there are 7 componets
1.Bp search
2.Application area,
3.Navigation area
4.Call state
5.Reminder scripting
6.Action Box
7.Quick keys which is optional.
Hidden components are 5 components
1.Hidden Action box
2.H-log
3.Alert modler
4.Hidden scripts.
5.Application tool bar (which is visble component but
considered as hidden component).

CIC stands for Customer Interaction Center and it consists
of Webclient and winclient.
1.Webclient is like internet where information can be acess
from any web application server.
Webclient

2. Winclient is like intranet where only window level
information is acess. eg:- communication which can be used
for communicating with people who are working for the same
company.or inside the company itself.

IC WinClient is GUI based started via transaction, whereas
IC WebClient is started in the Internet browser based using
CRM_IC. The IC WebClient has been introduced with CRM 4.0
whereas the WinClient interface has been delivered with
mySAP CRM from the beginning. Nowadays only Webclient is in
the picture.
For Web-Client, components are :-
1) Navigation bar
2) Broadcast messages
3) Title bar
4) Scratch pad
5) Account information
6) Toolbar
7) Alerts
8) Communication information
9) System messages + Breadcrumps
10) Context area
