It will become Static Credit Check.
Simple Credit Check means the Risk category of the customer
is not considered.
In Static and Dynamic, risk category is considered, only
difference between them being that Dynamic has a time
horizon, meaning that it does not consider open sales
orders and open deliveries intended to be delivered beyond
this horizon date for calculating the customer's credit
exposure.

i think, For the purposes of evaluating credit, we give
the system to ignore all open orders that are due for
delivery after the horizon date. The sum of the static and
dynamic parts of the check may not exceed the credit limit.
if you don't give the horizon period it will calculate them
when it checks for the credit limit of the customer..

i think if u will do not maintain the horizon period, u r
not doing the proper credit check, because that is the
difference between the dynamic and static. so if you do not
specify the horizon period it does not become dynamic...

the purpose of giving horizon is the determine the time
limit within which the payment has to bemade in credit
check after which there will be dunning done by the
finance team so if horizon is notgiven then it becoes
simple credti or static creadit check whcih is a normal
credit chk

In credit management we gave one customer high risk category and automatic credit check. He reached payment 1 lakh the cusotmer blocked. Again if he will come after one year system will take automatically or not what to do?
