There are Three Types of Validation & Subsituation can be used for Company Code
1. Total Document
2. Document Header
3. Line Item

In Each of these Validation or Subsitution can have multiple Step (Max 999), where you can used multiple Validation & Subsituation.

How the system will find a House bank in APP? I want to run the program if more than two house banks. Then how system will allot the vendor line items to different banks?

Hello all, a doubt on F-32 knock off clearing. I am using F-32, partial payment tab, for knocking off between Receivable (DR) and Collection (DZ). Senario: If the collection amount (DZ) is more than receivables (DR), after the entry when i check in FBL5N and F-32 open items, the Collection (DZ) amount is unchanged eventhough a part of the amount is paid against Receivables DR. Lets say, DR-500, DZ - 1000. After entry DR gets cleared. but DZ remain 1000. Could any one help me on this?

I need to create a GL account but I encounter an error . No PCA00L statement account type is defined chart of accounts CA00. So I try to maintain the retained earnings account in OB53 but I still encounter an error that I need to create an account first in FSP0 before I can maintain the retained earnings account. How should I proceed with this issue. Thanks!
