this is not an error, it is a message saying that you
cannot transport it from the dev system to QA/Prod. system,
if you also need it in these systems then you need to
manually create the number ranges.

Its not an error; when you make a copy of a company code
the number ranges will not be copied. Instead you will have
to manually create them.
