or RZ10 login/no_automatic_user_sapstar =0
thn restrat sys we can try with user-sap* and pw --pass

why TMSADM user is used for? and can I change the password of the same if yes how to do that? If not why shouldnt we?

In operation modes i have schedule some jobs in off peak but the jobs are not completed with in time of off peak what happen at this time whether they wait until jobs complet or change to peak mode ? off peak time interval is from 6.0 pm to 6.0 am and peak time interval is from 6.0 am to 6.0 pm

a backroungd job is running...it should have finished in 30min but it is runing for long one day...if you check the process in sm50 it is running and if you check the pid in task manager it is running....it is not hanged and job log does not have error...what will you do to troubleshoot it and how will you convince the particular job owner for killing and rescheduling ?
