then the lock can be manually deleted by t code SM12 if some other user wants to access the same entry; but before doing that it is necessary to check:-

i> by SM37 to check whether there is any background job is already running pertaining to that lock

ii> by SM50/ SM66 to check whether any work process er are already running for that particular user.

One user unable to execute one t-code, that is authorization object is missing, How to add this authorization object to user?
