Cut Over Activity means
Cut the existing non-legacy system of client and over come the same with SAP legacy system.
Once the cut over date is decided, no data is maintained on the old system.
From the Go-live date, the data maintenance happens on SAP system.
There may be or may not be a few days gap between cutover date and go live date. may be 2/3 days..
In this case, for this two days, either no transactions are done by the client or.. all the transactions happened in these two,three days are maintained in SAP system from the Go live date.. 2/3 days data may be maintained on register or anything,.. for that matter...

,all the business transaction is been stopped in the legacy
system and follow in sap system
and the cut over date is to copy all the data from legacy to
sap it may take 2-3 days as per data size to be upload to
sap
