in ob52 please check weather accounting type 's' is maintained periods or not. please maintain from period to period according to your fiscal year. don't enter from to account names.
OR
in ob52 enter accounting key '+' means valid for all accounting periods. enter from period and to period according to your fiscal year.

In OB52 put the account type "S" and open the period for the year and also open period for " + " to open period for all account type. Hopefully get solve.

If your client say to you that u have to maintained to retained earning account in our co. code , tell me the processor in detail ? what are the benefit for 2 retained earning a/c in same co. code?
