Go to WEB_UI -----> Marketing ----> marketing plan, create new marking plan, create new marketing element in the mkt plan -----> create new marketing campaign in the mkt plan element

just click marketing and create maketingplan\campaign template
and pop up will come folllow and give the previous campaign element id\desc and you can copy entire node or single one
