As far as I know we can only create database tables in ABAP Dictionary(TCODE SE11). If some1 know this to create DB tables through A REPORT....Can you please clarify how to create that please?

Yes we can create Data base table through Report.

Yes we can create DB tables using "NATIVE SQL ". where the
DDL sql commands can be executed....

Record the table creation in shdb. cal it in program. it
