Go to se11 T-Code..from there go to the table agr_agrs. You will be asked to provide the Access key ..then enter the object that needs to be added to 100 roles...then Select the range of roles in which the objects needs to be added and then save or Activate whatever option is given.

Create a role with that single object & assign it to those
100 roles.

if any errors comming during transport where it will be recodred and how will you rectify? transport log and active log?

In the Sap Easy Access Menu I see the menu System -> User Profiles ->Own Data. Other options Hold Data is to keep data values that you have entered in a field of an application for the duration of the session; SET DATA not to overwrite the data and DELETE DATA to delete the set data. Can somebody explain me the Hold Data, Set Data and Delete Data with examples, i mean giving an example of fields?
