The main purpose of masking is for Hiding the G/L Account
and it will be possible to change the G/L account if
required without changing it in the Check deposit or Bank

Let assume your business have 4 house banks and 2 accounts like saving account, loan account with every bank. In this case we need to create 4 main bank GL accounts. In same way we create GL accounts for check payments, received checks from customers. Instead of creating GL masters specific to one HB, generally we create XXXXX0 series for HB,XXXXX1 for Payments and XXXXX2 for check receipts and masking the same.Whenever a transcation posted relevant GL triggered and get posted.

Hi Friends, I have configured the tax on sale and purchase, if I select “calculate taxes on net amount” in editing option then it calculate the tax correctly. But I want to calculate the tax out of gross amount of the invoice. For example I get a invoice for Rs. 20,000/- and now I want to calculate the tax out of Rs. 20,000/- (20000/1.04=19230 taxable amount and tax is 770/-). I would be appreciate if any body can help me in this regard and tell me the configuration of the same. Regards Anil Kumar
