record in sales organization 2 view( am not sure 1 or 2 view ).
this item category is used in item category determination
( Item category = Item category group + sales document
type + item category usage + heigher level item category )
based on the material type

for example

for standard material item category group is Norm
for Bom material item category group is Erla/lumf
for Third party material item category group is BANS
for Pakaging material item category group is Verp

hi, the item category group together different material
types for item category determination from the SD view. For
every material type, you can define a default item category
group which is proposed by the SAP System when you create a
material master record.

If you want to create new item category groups, you must
enter an alphanumeric key with a maximum of 4 characters as
well as a textual description.
PATH-
IMG -> SD -> SALES-> SALES DOCUMENT ITEM -> DEFINE ITEM
CATEGORY GROUP AND THEN ASSIGN ITEM CATEGORY...

When we are creating material master with the screen sales
org:2 ,we have to mention the item category group ,for
example NORM for standard item and BANS for third party item...

In basic data 1 and basic data 2 tabage we have a coulmn
called item category that basically tells us about the item
category through whcih item is identifed in sales order

is there anyway to get a dump of the items in an STO for which Gr is completed but quantity reduced is still zero, for some particular STO/Item combination ?
