Role can be assinged using Tcode: po13 and ZRPROFL needs to
be run to sink new role for user.

In HR role assignment works in two different ways,

1) Normal roles assignment using Su01

2) Strucutral Auhtorization here authorization works based
on positions and by using below tcodes

OOSP--> Profile maintenance.

OOSb--> Assignment of profile to users.

OOAC--> HR authorization switch.
