We can assign as many shipping points to one plant.

A Customer master record is created for a particular Account
group.
In case we are creating customer master record for sold to
party then the partner functions would be sold to, ship to,
payer, bill to.

we may create customer master for ship to, bill to , payer
independently and the partner functions would flow from the
configuration we have maintained in the spro.

We can assign n no of shipping points to a plant,at the same
time we can assign 11 shipping points as a manual shipping
points in the shipping point determination.

Concern to Partner functions its depend on the business
requirement we can serve no of partner functions in the
customer master record,Ex--Sold -to -party can have the
following pf's like SH,BP,PY,SE,RM etc.

We can assign n number of shipping points to a plant .

The customer master is maintained by the account group. So
as per the business requirement which partner procedure you
have assigned to the account group with the partner
functions.
It allow to maintain those partners in Customer master. But
there are 4 mandatory partner function ( SP, SH, BP, PY)
and rest are optional and u can add as per the requirement.

For retro active billing, is there any configuration to be done apart from the Pricing Procedure(with Rebate cond types)? Say suppose if i have some 1000 documents, does i get 1000credit or debit memos or is there any solution for wre i shud not get credit or debit memo.(bcoz VFRB gives us ony credit or debit) Plz do give some of ur inputs. I have created value contract with order type WK1 in VA41. The target value is 500 USD and the net price is 1000 USD. There was no pop up message or error thrown while saving the contract when the net price exceeded the target value. And the system allowed to save the contract. Is there any configuration available to activate the warning or error message or any enhancement need to be done?
