in thermal power plant the steam produced is made to cool
after falling on the turbine blades.
my question is why this is done while the same is needed to
heat up again.

BECAUSE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONVERT ENERGY WITHOUT TEMP. DIFF. GREATER BE THE TEMP DIFF. GREATER WILL BE HEAT ENERGY CONVERTED IN TO MECH. ONE ACCORDING THERMODYNAMICS LAWS .
ALSO WHEN EFFICIENCY IS CONCERN LOW PRESSURE HEAT ENERGY GIVE MORE TURBINE OUTPUT HENCE IT HAS TO RECYCLE AGAIN

the first thing is its very hard to pump a steam it require more power, the next thing is in order to achieve max efficiency the cycle needs to be closed....thats it

This cycle is based on brayton cycle which work on two pressure one is max & second is minimum after passing through turbine pressure drop from max to min
now its outlet which is steam or steam + water.now we condence this fluid at min pressure beacause if it is not done then it is difficult to compress(4 increasing press from min to max) steam+water by compressor & if turbine outlet is steam then whole the energy to compress steam eaqual to turbine outlet work(ideally) so ultimately loss.
so it is done.

because the super heated steam will be saturated. hence we
cool and then recycle it

its becoz its very difficult to heat an already heated
steam... becoz heat always flows from a high temperature
to low temperature easily..
so it is necessary to cool down the steam before reheating

Bcz its loses 'PH' value that is why cool down and
add chemicals to them and again heats. (other
wise turbine may damege)

steam flows from high presure area to low presure
area......
as presure is directly proportional to heat, so to create
high presure boilling is required and to create low presure
cooling is required.

According to me when the residual hot air is there then it can not recycle as it is because it require the that much temp to fall on the blade hence it is make hot again

In thermal power plant stream already available in hot
water so to get high pressure water must be first cool.
