regarding that particular document.Park document generally
used for internal purpose and it is for longer period.

Hold document is used when transaction dr. or cr. is
uncertained & generally it is used for external purpose and
for short period.

Parking document refers to storing of any incomplete documents which can later be used for posting. It is used for internal purposes. Parked document can be viewed by anyone.

HOLD DOCUMENT:

Holding document is used for external purposes. while holding a document user has to specify a number. The hold document cannot be viewed by anyone expect the user who held the document.
