PARK DOC USED FOR SENDING APPROVAL PURPOSE OR RELEASING PURPOSE FOR EX;AUDITOR CAN SEND THE DOC TO SR PERSON HE WILL VERIFY THE DOC. THIS BALANCE WILL NOT UPDATE THE RECORDS ONLY STORED IN THE RECORD.HOLD DOC IS TEMPLET DOC THIS USED FOR THE ADJUST MENT PURPOSE ,NO NEED TO BALANCE IS NOT UPDATE THE RECORDES.THIS DOC ANY TIME WE WILL DELETE.
