WE CAN'T CALCULATE THE POWER LOSE BECAUSE THE CKT. IS OPEN

we can't Calculated the power lose of an open ckt. Because
there is flow current.**** THANKS

we can calculate no load loss of TR, but you need to know impedance of TR

Short the LV side ,increase voltage on HV ,till you get the rared current. The percentage of this voltage against rated voltage is % impedance . if you connect a watt meter you get copper losses . With open circuit apply rated voltage ,to measure the iron losses with a watt meter .
