I have cleared ONGC exam in 2010. now i am working with
ONGC. pattern is like that total-120 questions objective
and 4 quetions subjective(2 technical of 5 marks each and
two non-technical current issu related questions of 5 marks
each). 80 questions from technical and 40 questions from
non technical GK .Technical questions comes from mainly
analog electronics(major portion), digital, control
system,microprocessor 8085 and little bit from
instrumenation(mainly from A.K.shahwany book).questions are
little difficult . subjective questions of technical are
very easy theoratical type.Non technical questions are
generaly from Current, history,Constitution.for it you can
lucent book or daily any patrika.

hi i want sov loop cheak from consol to field the operater given status to sov still no change, but MR room to sov ok so whats a problem and alreasy cheak all conection ok ?

In control valve there are two type of valve seat we can use metal to metal seat & soft seat.On this valve seat i have following doubt. 1)I have never seen practically the internal assembly of valve so my doubt is that basically weather the seat is soft seat or metal its basic MOC is same as valve body(SS or CS) only in soft seat we are using PTFE ring & place on valve seat & in metal this PTFE ring is not threr am i correct??????? 2)what are the common general rule for using metal to metal seat & soft seat,means its depend on process parameter like liquid,gas, steam & on valve leakage class.

A PLC is programmed to drive three motors A, B and C as follows : After running motor A for an hour, motor B should get ON and motor A should get OFF. And after running motor B for an hour, motor C should get ON and motor B should get OFF. And after running motor C for an hour, motor A should get ON and motor C should get OFF. (That is, a cyclic repetition with time period one hour) Now, the second condition is: If any motor gone faulty and is tripped, the consecutive motor should get ON and the faulty (tripped) motor should be eliminated from cyclic repetition. The remaining two motors should bear the cyclic repetition of one hour each. (For healthy motor take logic as high and for tripped motor take logic as low) Now, the third condition is: When motor A load(Amps) exceeds 60% of its rated load, motor B should get ON in parallel to motor A. And when both motors A & B are running in parallel, and if their load exceeds 60% of their rated load, motor C should also start in parallel to A & B. [Here the cyclic repetition is eliminated, until their loads become normal(40%)] [Take logic high(1) for load at 60% and logic low(0) for load at 40%] Now draw a flow chart or a ladder diagram to fulfill the above condition.
