All the documentation are prepared in the 2nd phase of implementation which is known as business bluprint .The documents like GAp sheet is prepared here .

Second question is data transfer which is done in final preparation which is known as cut-over strategy/data load strategy .

As you can say anyone from the 5 phases , your project are in but what are the activities done for each phase you have to know the details .

Implemention doesnot start at blus print before that we
have project perpartion stage where the qadb analysis is done
then comes the blus print stage wher we ahve gap analaysis
Data transfer is moving your data from non sap to sap
whcih is done on go - live with the help of basis team AND
TECH NICAL TEAM through tcode se10 and this is done
through BDC WHERE ABPERS ARE INVOLVED AND THE OTHER IS LSMW

i have done changes in an order (delivery date etc) and save . but when i go to change option in environment tab ,i found no chnages has been made. kindly revert its urgent

Can any body help me regarding the following error occuring at the time of creating delivery? Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: ZNWW ZRLF Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: ZRLF ZNWW PWAN. I have created my own item category PWAN, as well as sales document type ZNWW, and delivery type ZRWW....and also define the delivery item category determination.....for delivery type ZRWW....but it is still asking for ZRLF delivery type.....?
