BDC and LSMW use for Transfer data to non SAP to SAP.

BDC, LSMW can be used in side the SAP system. This cannot be
accessed by external systems. BAPI's and IDocs can be
accessible by external systems. If data is in EDI format the
best solution would be IDoc's. It ensures data integrity
significantly. Please correct me if i am wrong.
