in you running program one menu bar is there. In that menu
u will find out the options of the html document, spread
sheet(ms-Excel sheet), and word document. u will click that
one then immediately it can be converted. It can be called
as a reports also ok.

Go to LIST then EXPORT then select Local file in dropdawn u
select spreadsheet then select excel format finally save it
in "file.xls" format.
