I Completed my graduation in 1995. And due to the family
responsibilities I had to be with the family. As my
aspiration towards the career I finished my MBA HR(IGNOU).
Now I've joined SAP HR in order to pursue career in the
same.Can I get a good break in SAP HR now? If so, How Can I
get a start up in SAP HR? Is my long gap going to be
literally a hurdle for my aspired career? How can I handle
the situation now to get a bright career in SAP HR?

ur start up is offcourse some how late but still u can
choose ur career,first u join in hr domain and and later as
supporter in post implementation so that u can start up in
companies mostly they ask exp canditates so with out that
u can't have ur dreams in saphr

SAP HCM market is already flooded Sr folks are struggling to
find jobs also SAP HCM will shut down soon due to
Success-factor which will be the future. Suggest to try
Peoplesoft HR or Workday HR. SAP HCM is almost dead
