infotype 14 is recurring payment wch emplyee gets every
month,where as infotype 15 is additional payment.gegerally
info 15 is one time.

IT0014: we can save the amounts for certain wage types that
are to be repeatedly paid out via payroll.
IT0015:It is called as one time payment once in a year.
