For Bank Main Accounts, we use different Sub accounts(
Clearing GL Accounts )

1. Check Issued Out
2. Outgoing fund transfer
3. Check Received..etc.,

For eg., for check issued out the following will be entry

Dr Check Issued Out
Cr Bank Main A/c

After uploading bank statement in SAP system, the GL Account
( Bank Main A/c in SAP) will exactly match with Bank A/c.
All the clearing Accounts(Bank Sub account) will be the
reconciliation items.

This is applied in Electronic Bank statement or Manual Bank
statement.

Bank Sub Account is the Type of Accounts we maintain in a
Bank for Eg:

We maintain a Overdraft Account,Savings account, Current
account etc...

Hi friends, As we all know (Net Present Value)The Currency value decrease every year.How to assign the net present value in asset accounting. If we use that concept say for ex. the asset value is for 10 years.if we use NPV method the asset the asset life willbe less than that na.How to use that? Ram.
