Screen layout Rules are used to control the display of
fields. Basically there are 4 types
1.Suppress / Hidden - Hide the field completely
2.Display - Display only
3.Required - Mandatory Field
4.Optional - It's optional to fill the field or not.

I am not able to post W/H tax entry in F-43, though I have performed all the steps for W/H tax configuration?
