There is NO as such limitation. all the Implementations will
be active

The answer is yes . we can implement n number of
implementation for a badi....
and irrespective of any implementation badi will be active
for all,

IF you go to SE18 and enter the BADI name.
Then navigate to Enhancement Implementation->Display.

This should give you all the current implementations.
