You can go for an inbound interface which uses BAPI to update the CATSDB table.

By using LSMW we can upload data from 3rd party by
BADI to sap .
The t-code is LSMW.

WE can upload Time data into SAP by using BADI & LSMW,
This time data is captured initially in Crono's or kava
Bezin time mechines, and at the end f the day, the time
administrator will upload the time data into SAP with the
help of SAP Technical consultant.
