Pricing schema can be generally triggerred through vendor
or P.Org by maintainng appropriate Schema group.
In this case i am assuming that the question is for a
Purchase order having the same vendor and Pur Org.
The following are the possible solutions:-
a)Triggerring different calcualtion schema not possible if
plants belong to the same company code (Using Standard SAP
functionality)
b) If plants belong to different company codes, it is
definitley possible to trigger different prcing schemas by
maintaining different vendor schema grpin vendor master.
c) However, if the plants belong to the same company code,
it would still be possible to trigger different schemas
through ROUTINES.

I think it is possible to have different calculation schema for both the plants because they should belong to 2 different company codes (as there are in different countries)
The 2 plants are separate valuation areas which can have their own price controls and their own sets of info records in combination with vendor schema.

so we can perform the different pricing calculation schemas.

See here they have specifically mentioned same P.org.
So though we consider plant belong to different company codes, there is single P.org handling them.
Our pricing determines from P.org and vendor schema. So ultimately as there is common P.org calling of different pricing procedures is not possible.
But of course via Routing anything is possible. ;)
