if you have 1000 Rs. and you want to invest in share market
so you should not invest whole money in a single company
you should diversify your investment by investing into
different companies of different sectors
like in current scenario rupee value is appreciating and it
is good for IT companies so 300 in IT sector and FMCG
sector is always works in a good condition irrespective of
economic conditions so 300 in FMCG sector and remaining
400Rs. in telecom, banking, oil & gas and likewise
so here your investment will be made into different areas
due to which risk is diversified.
