A contract is an agreement that is enforceable by law. But
an agreement is mutual understanding between two or more
persons which may or may not be enforced by law. The
agreement which is not enforced by law is void.

agreement= offer + acceptance
agreement is not enforceable by law, where as contract is
enforceable.
agreement is part of contract, but contract is not a part of
agreement.
