alternative in finding the value of the condition type,
instead of standard condition technique. this can be used
to calculate complex tax structures.
ALTERNATE CONDITION BASE VALUE
The alternative condition base value is a formula
assigned to a condition type in order to promote an
alternative base value for the calculation of a value.

Alt Calculation Type: It is routine written by ABAPer that can be used as a alternative formula for calculation type instead of using standard formula/Condition technique. Ex. Profit Margin-11
Alt Condition Base Value: It is routine written by ABAPer which can be used as basic to calculate further value of the condition type which can be used instead of using from column. Ex. Freight KF00-12/13

Alt Calculation Type- this is a routine written in vofm t code. when we are not using any standard formula for calculation of any condition type then alternative calculation type is used. Example profit margin - in standard there is no such condition type for profit margin so for the calculation of profit margin we use  alt calc type 11.

Alt Condition Base Value-this is a routine written in vofm t code. Again when we are not using column FROM of pricing procedure as base for the pricing  calculation  then we use alt condition base value.
Example - Freight - as we know freight will be always calculated on weight not on the order quantity. so here we use 12 (gross weight) 13 ( net weight) as alt cond base value to calculate freight . 

In third Party scenario, Purchase requisition details are automatically captured in Sales Order, when you create with item category TAS, where to configure Purchase requistion details.
