Are you asking how many bags of cement in 1m3 of concrete or how many bags in one m3 of dry cement powder (i.e: a little more than a palette of portland).
concrete: roughly eight bags

so
1/0.034=29.41
or
one bag of cement is 50kg
so
50/0.034=1470
now
1470/50=29.41 that`s approximately equal to 30bags of cement.

cu.m. we will have 1505kg of cement. as a result in 1cu.m.

By dividing density by weigt of bag we can get number of
bags per cum.

we can do it in other form to.
1bag is equal to 35 litres of water
