At the time of hiring action we must maintain Actions
infotype(0000) and Org assignment infortype(0001) and
remaining infotypes can maintain in PA30

IT0002(Personal Data) with out personal data System will
not assign the personal number. with out personal numbr we
cant recall the record in PA30.

info type 9 bank details can be created laster on using
PA30 and info type 8 can also be use using PA30.THIS ARE

At the time of hiring thru PA40, the IT which MUST be created are 0001.
Without this data, the PERNR will not be assigned to the employee and so the record cannot be accessed thru PA30 for changing/ updating.
However, please note that the infotypes that need to be updated for any action are defined by the Client, depending on their business process, in realtime.
