Header Conditions are referred as manual conditions Eg:
HB00, RB00 etc. Since these conditions are entered manually
they don't have any access sequence. Header Conditions are
valid for all the items within the document. Please note
only Header Conditions that are Group Conditions will get
distributed among the items.

Requirements: By making the condition type dependent on the
requirements you limit the access to the condition types,
this will further improve the system performance.

See we have all Header conditions like HB00, Hd00 are
manual conditions. Why we using header conditions is
particularly for a particular item in the sales order the
business might be alloted some discounts. so that we have
Header conditions which are going to be participated.

Condition types such as discounts and freight can also be
manual condition types .

A requirement is nothing but a program written by the
ABAper to suit the need of the client for which SAP does
not have a default solution.

If I created sales order for 10 pcs of materials. Now I want to give a sample to the customer which he will refund to company after 10 days. How we will process this scenario in SAP?
