RELEASE THE CHANGE REQUEST WITHOUT RELEASING TASK.
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF CHANGE REQUESTS ARE THERE..
1)CUSTOMIZING REQUEST(CLIENT SPECIFIC CHANGES)
2)WORKBENCH REQUEST (CROSS CLIENT CHANGES)
CREATE REQUEST AND GOTO SE01 AND SELECT THE REQUEST AND FIRST
RELEASE THE TASK THEN RELEASE THE REQUEST...
