In Make-to-Stock strategy we will manufacture finished
products by considering future demand. we manufacture the
products and stock it for meeting the future expected demand.
ex: leather jackets manufactured and make to stock all over
the year and reach the demand in winter season.

In Make-to-Order strategy we will accept the order first and
manufacturing products according to that order.

In Make to stock scenario, the The Goods are of standard specifications and produced according to demand plans.It may be seasonal or otherwise such as FMCG
However in Make-to-order means production for specific sales order having buyer specific product specifications.

Hi i am MBA-Finance guy, was working with J P Morgan for one n half yrs, i have decided to move to SAP and so preparing for FICO on my own for the last one month.....dont know which are all the area i should cover before the interview...is it enough if i cover the basic configurations of GL,AP,AR and Asset Accounting or which are other areas?....hw for i should b through in the above mentioned areas...and also i dont want to waste time by preparing at home for a long time... how should i prepare....your advice is appreciable.
