Abaper main role is to develop the objects according to
Technical Spec.

Functional people develop the Functional Spec according to
the client requirement. they will send to technical people.
Tech lead is changed the Functional spec to Technical spec
and forward to Abapers. Abapers will develop the objects by
using spec

Dear All,
Fucntional People create Functional Spec. based on the
client need & requirement.
Tech lead discuss with functinal Consultant , what r the
possibilites in ABAP to fulfill the Client Needs.
Tech Lead Approve the Functional Spec.
Finally Tech lead send the Func.spec to Abaper.
Abaper create the Technical Spec..
Once Abaper got Approval from Tech Lead,he starts write
coding.
