is it right to distingwish between langauges and castes
between candidates who come for interviews??????

Distingwishing between cast is certainly wrong.. But
language is required for certain jobs. For example if i
have to manage a team who speaks kanada or marathi and i
dont know the language it will be very difficult. So
laguage is a very important factor while chossing a
candidate

No according to me there should not me any distinction
based on langauge or caste even candidate should de select
on his/her own capabilites and compentencies or whatever
he/she has according to specipied post

i guess there are many thing to consider during interview
like caste, language location etc etc capabilties and
competency is one side and an important factor like in case
if you hire a person of city life for a poistion which duty
station in rural area,who does not know the local
culture,norms how he will survive in it?
