The stock supplied by the vendor is in the companies
premises, but the company dont have any liability for the
same. The liability for the company will only be affected
when the goods are issued from the consignment stock for use

Vendor's Stock in Plant's premises. The company is liable to
pay only for the stock used and not for the stock which is
damaged even in the plant. Payment is based on Standard BOM.
