While maintaining copy control we have a field COPING
QUANTITY in ITEM LEVEL.There we can maintain whether system
should copy or not and the control of quantity..

About change this is not a business practice that end user
will cange it if the requiremnt is of 10 pc...No control in
sap.......It need authorisation from sap

double click on the target and source doc one option is
check box like complete reference that check box you have to
activate this.

one method is by copy control and the second one is through
user exit you customise the software where by the coustomer
will be restricted to cahnge it according to his req

In copying control, if we check the "complete reference"
switch then the end user will get an warning message but he
can change the quantity in SO. Therefor, we need to do
coding with the help of an ABAP consultant and assign that
routine to the "data transfer" or by "user exit".

In item level Copy control of VTAA, we have 'Copy Quantity' field where option A says - Copy Order quantity.
If we choose this, we can control to have quantity changed by end user

Authorisation to change the quanties should not be provided
in the role of end user in SU01 tcode. Correct me if I am
wrong.

While creating delivery with reference to order then i can't able to post goods issue getting error message: "Update control of movement type is incorrect entry 561 XX_L".... I got the answer: Mainly in standard settings there is movt type 601 for this purpose. And movt type 561 is mainly for initial stock upload. don't use this movt type for your requirement, if still if we want to use same then we can do this by changing this error to warning & proceed. so how to change the error message to warning...?
