following example:
Factory Calendar maintained in plant master data uses 7 workdays per week. For purchasing with incoterm "FCA" we want to use pickup termination, we have maintained the pickup termination in workdays in purchasing SA-items. As our trucks are driving only Monday-Friday we created a separat factory calendar with working days "Monday-Friday". Therefore we maintain this factory calendar in that shipping point, where external GR is posted. But unfortunatly, still the factory calendar from plant masterdata seems to be used.

What is meant by scales? Can scales be used in standard purchase order?

i want the steps involved in the customization for the process order. my situations is if i take the process order for x qty then stores people can issue only x qty not less or not more. how to do this. pls help me

Material number has to be 30 Digit. So how to get this is SAP? The present 18 Digit is NOT at all sufficient for the business? It has to be Alpha Numeric or sometimes only numbers. It must be external numbering system only & not the SAP generated internal number range because material number or name is given by Vendors. Ex: ABC1234, 89900-0098-8987, Y778-009, 77777766665444433322211-A, etc
