True Reversal in SAP FI-CO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) involves posting a document with an opposite accounting effect to fully reverse the effects of a previously posted document. Unlike Regular Reversals, True Reversals do not preserve the original posting date and document number. They are used when the original document was posted incorrectly or needs to be completely undone.
